Main site and warehouse: Poznań, Poland. Machines are assembled, inspected and dispatched from Poznań. Service is provided from our Poznań site and through partner workshops near the customer. We have no branch in Germany or Ireland.

Alternative dispute resolution

We are not obliged to and does not participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. Consumers resident in Ireland may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie); consumers in other EU states may contact the European Consumer Centre of their country of residence for free cross-border assistance. The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
