Delivery, payment & returns

The essentials at a glance. The Terms, the Information on the right to cancel and the Warranty terms are binding; this page summarises them.

Delivery

• Mini excavators MB 10 to MB 18 (up to 1.8 t), delivery within Germany: by haulier at a flat rate of 453,87 € incl. VAT (369,00 € net), regardless of distance.
• All other products and all delivery outside Germany: transport costs are not included in the price. We calculate them individually by product and destination and state them in the quotation or, after an online order, in a separate offer. Alternatively you can collect the goods from our warehouse in Poland by appointment.
• Warranty packages (Müller Care): no delivery costs.
• France: we sell and deliver to businesses only, not to consumers.
• No delivery to Russia or Belarus.
• Lead time: machines in stock are dispatched after receipt of the balance; the binding date is stated in the quotation or order confirmation. If none is stated we deliver no later than six weeks after receipt of the deposit.
• Unloading: the address must be accessible to an articulated lorry, with firm, level ground.

Payment

• Methods: bank transfer, PayPal, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (online orders).
• Deposit: 50 % on conclusion of the contract; balance due before dispatch of the machine.
• Bank-transfer discount: 4.4 % on every amount paid by transfer. The displayed price applies to all payment methods; the discount relates to the payment method and is not a price reduction.
• VAT: prices shown to consumers include VAT. Traders with a valid EU VAT number of another member state pay the net price (intra-Community supply).

Returns and cancellation

• Consumers may cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the machine without giving a reason: Information on the right to cancel, Model cancellation form.
• Return: by haulier to our warehouse in Poznań; costs borne by the customer, estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 900. Please hand over the machine complete and ready for transport.
• Refund: within 14 days of receiving the cancellation, by the original payment method; we may withhold the refund until the machine has arrived or you have proved dispatch.
• Test, don't use: loss of value from use beyond checking the nature, characteristics and functioning is borne by the customer.
• Defects: statutory rights for at least two years for consumers, plus 24 months / 1,000 hours voluntary manufacturer's warranty (Warranty terms). You can withdraw from the contract within the cancellation period as described above.
