Legal Basis for Data Processing

The use of personal data is necessary to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or based on our legitimate interests — such as protecting against threats, improving our products and services, and managing our business. Where required, we obtain your prior consent.

International Data Transfers

Our global teams may operate worldwide, including outside the European Union. If such transfers are not supported by European Commission adequacy decisions, Müller Machinery ensures compliance through Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules. We retain personal data for as long as required for the stated purposes and any period required by law. For marketing purposes, we retain relevant customer data for three years from the end of our business relationship or last interaction.
